


✦ Manage in selling and promoting Hino trucks and busses by assessing the needs, negotiate, customer’s satisfaction and ensures that they are in conformity with the goals of the company.
✦ Promote and sell products to customers and offers service design, standardization, and customization
✦ Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, and analyzing trends and results.
✦ Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
✦ Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities, recommending profit and service improvements.
✦ Mentoring, lead and coaching all Sales Executive
✦ Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, developing budgets, supply and demand.
✦ Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
✦ Performing sales prospecting activities on a routine basis and providing competitive market feedback.
✦ Creating and managing overall action plans to exceed quota for your territory
✦ Prepare Unit Sales Reports Mancom, PUV Monitoring, Unit sales weekly updates and forecast yearly.
✦ Ensures stock inventory and back orders status.
✦ Build and maintain positive work relationship with customer to create a rapport that facilitates patronage and generates revenue.
✦ A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, Business Management/Administration
✦ At least two (2) year related auto/heavy equipment sales supervisory experience
✦ Knowledge in Auto, trucks, and bus specifications
✦ Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
✦ Excellent in communication and written skills
✦ Basic knowledge in designing and customizing units
✦ Creating and implementing a sales plan
✦ Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress
✦ Persuasive and detail oriented
✦ Higher level of Decision Making
