


✦ Responsible in selling Hino Genuine parts and services offered by the Company by assessing the needs of the customers.
✦ Promote products and services to customers and offers service design, standardization, and customization
✦ Promote services to customers for major and minor auto repairs.
✦ Prepares parts quotation and estimated cost of repair.
✦ Establish customers on parts and services cost to close a transaction.
✦ Reaches out to customer leads through cold calling.
✦ Visits loyal and potential customers to conduct assessment of units for repair.
✦ Keep abreast of Marketing or Sales trend and benchmark best practices to improve sales performance.
✦ Submit weekly and monthly report to the Service and Production Operations Head including prospects and sales forecast.
✦ Performs other job-related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
✦ Travel in any points of Mindanao to have market saturation.
✦ A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology major in Automotive, or Business Management/Administration.
✦ At least one (1) year related sales experience, or as Sales Advisor or Parts Advisor.
✦ Knowledge in basic principles of automotive – Mechanical & Electronical.
✦ Knowledge in Auto, trucks, and bus specifications.
✦ Knowledge in automotive manufacturing processes.
✦ Knowledge in automotive repair specifically in Overhauling.
✦ Basic knowledge in designing and customizing units.
✦ Good in parts and services cost estimates and must be good in numbers.
✦ Professional Driver.
✦ Persuasive and detail oriented.
✦ Higher level of Decision Making.
✦ Can do multitasking and can work well under pressure with less supervision.
✦ A positive, confident and determined approach.
✦ Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
✦ Manifests adaptability to change, and initiates or identifies change when necessary.
✦ Maintains a positive and respectful attitude.
