


✦ Responsible for responding to customer needs, coordinating necessary documents, and delivering quality service that reflects the company’s commitment to client satisfaction.
✦ Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries in person, by telephone, or by email.
✦ Maintain an updated knowledge of the organization's products, services, and customer service policies.
✦ Document customer interactions when necessary, compiling documents and forwarding information to interested parties.
✦ Assist Service Associate releasing of invoice and gate pass, sends invoices, quotation, and other necessary documents to the customer through email and fax.
✦ Explain simply and clearly in response to customer questions and check for customer understanding and acceptance.
✦ Recommend new products or services or make suggestions for improvements by identifying relevant features and benefits.
✦ Assist clients by demonstrating the use of goods and programs and answering any questions they may have.
✦ Participate in training opportunities provided by the organization or by outside entities.
✦ Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs.
✦ Assist the Cadet Engineer to oversees the implementation of company’s kaizen program.
✦ Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
✦ A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, or its equivalent experience
✦ At least one (1) year related experience or its equivalent.
✦ Knowledge in Marketing and promotional programs/activities
✦ Knowledge in standards of handling customer complaints
✦ Knowledge in print ads and media platforms
✦ Computer literate (MS Excel, Word, and Powerpoint)
✦ Good in verbal & written communication
✦ Detail oriented
✦ Good in Personal Relations
✦ Patient and ability to resolve problem through own initiative
✦ Can work under pressure and minimal supervision
✦ Manifests adaptability to change, and initiates or identifies change when necessary
✦ Maintains a positive and respectful attitude
