Job Summary

✦ Responsible in performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stocks and materials, picking and filling orders from stocks, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stocks of Hino and Suzuki genuine parts.

Duties and Responsibilities

✦ Receives and tracks shipments of parts.

✦ Disembarks or unloads merchandise from delivery trucks using appropriate tools.

✦ Tracks and document exact shipment arrival and departure times.

✦ Tags and labels merchandise upon receipt and files them in proper stock shelves or stockrooms.

✦ Labels and stockpile merchandise according to types, codes, and sizes.

✦ Box wraps and packs merchandise in accordance with relevant procedures and standards.

✦ Prepares all orders for delivery.

✦ Records and manages all damaged parts items and report them to the inventory controller for proper disposition.

✦ Manages parts warehousing system by cleaning, arranging and making sure that all parts are properly distributed and separated by items in the warehouse.

✦ Ensures regular recording and updating of Bincards and other inventory documents.

✦ Ensures proper control and documentation of all issued and received parts, accessories, motor oils, etc.

✦ Performs other job-related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

✦ BS in Industrial Technology or Automotive or any related field

✦ Basic Principles of Automotive

✦ Auto Parts

✦ Know how to detect defective engine and under chassis

✦ Determine Parts Catalog

✦ Warehousing management

✦ To Sell and Promote Hino Genuine Parts

✦ Estimate cost

✦ Comply parts requisition to service department

✦ 1 year (s) experienced specialized in technician/warehouse management.
