Job Summary
✦ Responsible in the process, reporting and maintenance of Compensation and Benefits of employees, and provides assistance in the implementation of HR and Administration Department’s programs and activities for employees
Duties and Responsibilities
✦ Process payroll and prepares and distributes payslip of employees
✦ Process loan applications of employees – Trust Fund
✦ Process leave applications of employees
✦ Manages, maintains, and updates all the records of employees
✦ Assist the hiring process from recruitment to deployment such as job posting, employment testing, scheduling of interview and conduct orientation
✦ Assist in the conduct of training for employees from organizing to implementation
✦ Assist in the implementation of all the activities of HR and Admin. Department such as the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), excursion and further education of Technicians – NC II and the likes.
✦ Handles the On-the-Job Trainees (OJTs)
✦ Assist the Promotion and Communication Officer and Sales Operations Engineer activities when needed
✦ Performs other job-related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
✦ A degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or its equivalent
✦ At least one (1) year related experience
✦ Knowledge in all facets of Human Resource Management
✦ Computer literate
✦ Good in verbal and written communication
✦ Excellent Human Relations
✦ Good in counselling
✦ Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
✦ Detail oriented and full of initiative
